Services are provided by the carriers

Any TV, internet, or home phone service you order is provided, installed, and billed by the respective provider — not by RSK Solutions LLC. We help you compare options and place orders. We are not responsible for provider service performance, installation, outages, equipment, or billing.

Prices, speeds, channel lineups, promotions, and availability shown on the Site are set by the providers, are subject to change without notice, may require a contract or qualifying bundle, and are not guaranteed. Any availability shown from a ZIP search is an estimate based on a provider's service area and is not a guarantee of service at your specific address. Final pricing, terms, and availability are confirmed by the provider at the time of order.

No cost to you

Comparing options and ordering through us is free — you pay the provider's price with no markup added by TV Internet Options.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when you contact us.
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the Site.

Communications consent

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and RSK Solutions LLC agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@tvinternetoptions.com. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration in Pennsylvania under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis (no class actions), except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information. You may also have rights under applicable consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
